ASSEMBLY
1. Insert the handle into the top of the main body until you hear a “click”.
To remove: Insert a screwdriver into the hole located on the back of the main body and lift the handle at the same time.
2. Align the accessory holder with the slot of the charging base. Slide down until it secures into place. The brushroll and cleaning tool can be stored in the accessory holder.
Charging and Brushroll Air Drying
WARNING: Before charging make sure the hard floor cleaner is turned OFF. Ensure the dirty water tank is empty.
1. Insert the charging adapter into the charging port located on the back of the charging base.
2. Place the hard floor cleaner onto the charging base.
3. Plug the charging adapter into a power outlet.
4. The hard floor cleaner will begin to charge. The battery indicator and the battery status indicator on the display screen will illuminate.
5. The hard floor cleaner will automatically start the brushroll drying process while charging.
6. When the hard floor cleaner has been fully charged (100%) and the brushroll drying process has completed, the display screen will turn off.
NOTE: Make sure the hard floor cleaner is fully charged before using for the first time.
NOTE: When the cleaner is fully charged while the air drying is still in progress, the battery indicator and battery status indicator will turn off first. The roller air drying will continue its drying cycle uninterrupted. It takes 4 hours for the brushroll to air dry completely.
7. Disconnect the charging adapter from the charging base, then unplug it from the outlet.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of an electric shock, ensure the hard floor cleaner is turned off before performing any maintenance.
1. Brushroll Self-Cleaning
WARNING
• Ensure the charging base is plugged in.
• Before brushroll self-cleaning, clean the dirty water tank and ensure the water level in the clean water tank is above 40%.
1) Place the hard floor cleaner onto the charging base. The hard floor cleaner starts brushroll drying automatically while being charged.
2) Press the self-cleaning button on the handle to activate self-cleaning mode. NOTE: The brushroll self-cleaning mode lasts approximately 2 minutes. If needed, repeat the selfcleaning process.
NOTE: To stop the brushroll self-cleaning mode, press the self-cleaning button.
3) While the brushroll is self-cleaning, the hard floor cleaner will pause the brushroll drying function. NOTE: If the self-cleaning button is pressed again during an active self-cleaning cycle, the selfcleaning will stop. If the dirty water tank full indicator flashes during the self-cleaning cycle, immediately empty. See instructions in Emptying The Dirty Water Tank (page 11).
4) Once the brushroll self-cleaning is complete, the brushroll self-cleaning indicator will turn off. The cleaner returns to charging and brushroll drying will resume.
5) Empty and clean the dirty water tank.
NOTE: If the brushroll tangled indicator, clean water tank low indicator, or dirty water tank full indicator flashes during the brushroll self-cleaning operation, the process will stop automatically. Please address the issue promptly before restarting the cycle.
2. Brushroll Air Drying
1) Place the hard floor cleaner onto the charging base to air dry the brushroll. This will last approximately 4 hours.
2) Ensure the charging base is plugged in. The cleaner will automatically charge and air dry the brushroll. See instructions in Charging and Brushroll Air Drying.
3. Cleaning The Brushroll Cover
1) To remove the brushroll cover, hold the brushroll cover and press the brushroll cover release button. Pull up and away.
2) Rinse the brushroll cover with clean water.
3) Place the brushroll cover back onto the floor head until you hear a “click”.
4. Cleaning & Removing The Brushroll
1) Remove the brushroll cover from the floor head. See instructions in Cleaning The Brushroll Cover.
2) Remove the brushroll by pressing the brushroll tab and pulling upward
3) Remove the brushroll cleaning tool from the handle of the 2-in-1 cleaning tool. Using the brushroll cleaning tool, remove any hair and debris wrapped around the roller. After use, put the brushroll cleaning tool back into the handle.
4) Wash the brushroll with clean water. A mild detergent can also be used.
5) Allow to air dry completely before storing or reinstalling.
6) Reinstall the brushroll into the floor head until you hear a “click”
7) Place the brushroll cover back onto the floor head until you hear a “click”.
5. Removing a Blockage
1) Remove the dirty water tank. See instructions in Emptying The Dirty Water Tank. Remove the brushroll. See instructions in Cleaning & Removing The Brushroll.
2) Use the 2-in-1 cleaning tool to clear the debris channels of hair, dirt and debris. Remove the hair and debris wrapped around the roller. Clean regularly to avoid any build up.
NOTE: Do not use scissors or other sharp objects to remove blockages.
6. Hard Floor Cleaner Storage
1) Store your hard floor cleaner in a protected, dry area.
2) Since the hard floor cleaner uses water, it must not be stored where there is danger of freezing. Freezing will damage internal components and may void the warranty.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury, turn OFF the appliance and disconnect plug from electrical outlet before performing maintenance or troubleshooting on the charging base.

FAQ
Check for any cracks or damage to the tanks, ensure the clean water tank is installed correctly, ensure the water in the clean water tank hasn’t exceeded the Max fill line.
There are various reasons for why your hard floor cleaner is not charging. Ensure that the charger is plugged into the power supply, ensure that the charging adapter is plugged into the docking station, ensure that the hard floor cleaner is docked onto the charging pins, ensure that the charging pins on the docking station are wiped clean.
You may notice a drop in performance if the proper maintenance isn't carried out. Ensure that you activate a self-cleaning cycle after each use to clear the internal water lines of dirt and debris, check and remove any blockages from the debris channels, clean the brush roll, empty the dirty water tank.
If the "Dirty Water Tank Full" indicator is flashing when the tank is not full, this could be due to the light guides being dirty. The light guides sense when the tank is full. Remove the dirty water tank and clean the light guides of any dirt or debris.
Yes, you can switch off the Voice Alerts by pressing the mute button on the back of the cleaner.
